• Prices must include Section 232 tariffs, wood packaging, DOD unique identification, and shipping.

• Delivery is required FOB Destination by July 1, 2026, to N40443 MSC SSU BATS SAN DIEGO, 9284 BALBOA AVE. San Diego, CA 92123.

• Packaging must comply with DODMANUAL 4140.01, MIL-STD 2073-1(series) or ASTM D3951(series), and ISPM Publication No. 15 for wood packaging.

• Markings must include VESSEL’S NAME/HULL NUMBER: USS EMORY S LAND ROHDD.

• Material requires duty-free entry into the US; contractors must initiate entitlement requests via the PIEE Duty Free Entry module.

• Contract type: Firm-fixed price purchase order.
