Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation (N4044626Q5004) is for the replacement of steam valves for the USS FRANK CABLET-ALT AS 39 19018. The acquisition is being conducted as a simplified acquisition.

Note: For items 0002 and 0003, the contractor shall provide DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent, as per DFARS 252.211-7003.

• Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price for all items.

• Delivery Date: On or Before 31 July 2026 for all items.

• FOB Details: Contractor Destination.

• Offer Due Date: 20 May 2026, 01:00 PM.

• Quotes must be submitted via email to the contracting officer and contract specialist listed in block 9 of the SF1449, in either Adobe or Microsoft Office format.

• Evaluation Factors: The government will issue a purchase order to the lowest priced technically acceptable quoter. Evaluation will be based on TECHNICAL, PRICE, and PAST PERFORMANCE.

• Technical Acceptability: Quoted parts must meet solicitation requirements, including required parts, delivery dates, and terms and conditions. The quote must state that all aspects of the technical requirement, including required delivery date and part numbers, can be met.
