- Repair of corrosion holes on vent spool plating.
- Repair of vertical stiffeners on transverse bulkheads.
- Repair of 02 and 01 level deck plates.
- Structural, sheet metal, and rigging work.
- Repair and testing/operational procedures for Firemain, Potable Water, VCHT, and Sewage systems.

Eligibility & Requirements
This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan. Offerors must possess a current and active USN Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) issued by the U.S. Navy or NAVSUP FLCY. Non-MSRA/ABR holders can request an application package from flcy_msra_abr_group@us.navy.mil, but the certification process may take up to a year.
