Eligibility & Set-Aside
This acquisition is restricted to firms possessing a current Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement of Boat Repair (ABR) and an updated registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Firms without an MSRA/ABR may be ineligible.
Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal offers the lowest evaluated price and for which the non-price factor (technical) is rated as Acceptable (ALTER III).
Submission Requirements
