- Modernization Scope: Significant work across multiple trades, requiring integrated production schedule management (e.g., structural welding, cabling, piping, electrical, ventilation, HENL-BENL Habitability upgrades, SSDS, MCS, Capstone, NCD, CIWS, MRG Dehumidifier).

- For Small Businesses and companies without current MSRA/ABR: Submit a notice of interest on company letterhead, including POC, a brief company description, capabilities related to Enclosure (1), and answers to specific questions regarding business size, employees, website, dry-dock/pier access, past performance, organizational controls, plans for obtaining MSRA/ABR, historical experience with complex systems, and proposed use of additional planning time. Responses are limited to five (5) pages.
