Eligibility & Evaluation
This opportunity is restricted to firms with an active U.S. Navy MSRA or ABR in the Japan Region. Offerors located outside Japan must unambiguously demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042. Firms without an active agreement must apply for and be approved for one before award. Evaluation will be based on the lowest total price, and offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for a single award.
