Eligibility & Requirements
This competitive solicitation will be issued to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders in Japan only. Contractors must meet these criteria and provide necessary documentation to demonstrate authorization to perform work in Japan. Contractors located outside Japan that do not unambiguously demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 will not be eligible. Offerors who do not possess an active MSRA or ABR in the Japan Region, or do not agree to execute one before award, will also be ineligible.
