Submission Requirements
Interested companies must submit a letter of interest (limited to five pages) on company letterhead, including:
- Company name, address, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), and CAGE code.
- Primary point of contact details.
- Business size/status under NAICS 336611 (Small Business: 1,300 or fewer employees).
- Written responses addressing:
- NAVSEA Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) status.
- Access to a MIL-STD-1625D (SH) certified dry dock and pier space capable of accommodating an LCS 1 class ship, including services and space requirements.
- Corporate experience performing LCS availabilities or comparable US Navy work within the past 3 years.
- Capability for ordering/storing CFM and supporting AIT production work.
- Intent to submit a proposal (including joint venture/teaming).
- Other commercial or Government ship repair commitments during the timeframe.
- Facility support for a Navy YRBM class mooring or pier laydown for land-based Temporary Off-Ship berthing container units.
