The Government anticipates establishing a multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to support the Enhanced Domain Awareness (EDA) Program. This effort will provide strategic and technical support services as detailed in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). Requirements under this IDIQ may include:
Program and mission analytics, Strategic planning and management consulting, Systems engineering and integration support, Software and data services, Intelligence analysis and domain awareness support.
The EDA IDIQ is intended to provide a flexible and responsive mechanism to acquire services critical to national security and operational effectiveness.
