Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit written responses, as oral communications are not acceptable. The RFP response must include a completed RFP page with pricing, along with the Subcontractor Annual Representations & Certifications (SARC) and Proposal Certifications (PUR-466). Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements and is most advantageous to the Government.
