Scope of Work

- Auditing and Correction: Reviewing utility bills for accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and obtaining bill credits or recovered monies from utility/energy suppliers.
- Record Maintenance: Maintaining comprehensive, readily accessible electronic records (Excel and/or PDF) for all agencies, including updates on billing disputes, budget figures, and historical usage data.
- Reporting: Providing status reports on ongoing contract work to GSA and participating Agencies on at least a quarterly basis.
Contract Details
The GSA anticipates a potential future acquisition may be a Single-Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract, with FFP Task Orders. The contract is expected to include a base year and several option years. The relevant NAICS Code is 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services.
