- CMMC 2.0 Level 1 Compliance: Required by November 10, 2025. Vendors must complete a self-assessment and ensure active status in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
- Evaluation Factors: Award will be based on a best value tradeoff considering Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Technical Capability and Past Performance will be weighed more heavily. Technical submissions will be rated 'Acceptable' or 'Unacceptable'.
