Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide routine maintenance for up to 51 John Deere Gators and 5 Honda Pioneers annually to ensure vehicle longevity. The number of vehicles may increase.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Utility Task Vehicles (UTVs).

• Services include fluid services (checking and changing fluids), mechanical inspections (brakes, belts, suspension, etc.), lubrication, cleaning, and general service/verification.

• Reactive services (Over and Above work) for repairs outside the scope of annual maintenance are also covered, with a limit of $40,000 per year.

• The contractor shall provide all necessary management, personnel, equipment, supplies, and services.

• All maintenance and repairs must meet or exceed manufacturer's recommendations.

• Service visits are to occur during normal operating hours unless otherwise approved.

• Performance will be evaluated based on meeting performance objectives and thresholds outlined in the Service Summary.

• This is a 5-year Basic Ordering Agreement, reviewed annually.

• Work will be performed at Edwards Air Force Base, California, within specified buildings/complexes.

• Scheduled services will be performed at a location provided as needed; unscheduled maintenance will be performed on-site or at a predetermined location.

• Contractor personnel must possess valid certifications and licenses.

• Compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local laws, and Air Force Instructions regarding safety and health is mandatory.

• Contractor must comply with base security requirements, including background checks and base access procedures.

• Operations Security (OPSEC) policies and procedures must be followed.

• Hazardous materials management and disposal must comply with all applicable regulations.

• Environmental protection measures must be implemented.

• Contractor employees must complete Antiterrorism Awareness training.
