Scope of Work

- Capacity: Minimum four (4) personnel seating and a minimum 800 lbs payload capacity (1,000 lbs desired).
- Configuration: Rear utility bed for equipment transport.
- Cab: Fully enclosed (hard cab or equivalent) for all-weather operations.
- Safety & Street-Legal Equipment: Seatbelts, rearview mirror, side-view mirrors, turn signals, headlights, brake lights, and horn.
- Condition: Vehicles must be new, fully assembled, operational, and ready for use.
