Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary for utility vehicle maintenance and repair. Services include Periodic Scheduled Maintenance (PM) and Repair Services, including Over and Above (O&A) work. The scope covers heavy and light ATVs/UTVs, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), and motorized/electric golf carts. The contractor will be responsible for picking up, transporting, and returning vehicles. All work must comply with commercial and industry standards, or OEM manuals where applicable. The anticipated contract type is a Single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a five-year ordering period. The primary place of performance is the contractor's facility on Guam, with potential for mobile on-site maintenance.
