Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit quotes via email to barclay.webster@usda.gov. All items must be quoted, and the proposed UTV must meet all specifications detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW). The award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, considering the highest technically rated proposal with reasonable pricing and acceptable or neutral past performance. "Made in America" items will be considered more favorably. Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.gov as a Small Business.
