Key Requirements & Compliance
Offerors must substantiate their status as IDSC Holdings LLC, Snap On, or an authorized distributor to be eligible for award. The requirement is subject to the Buy American Act and Berry Amendment. Applicable clauses include FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting), FAR 52.204-24, FAR 52.204-27, and DFARS 252.225-7007.
