This document is a combined Sources Sought/Advance Notice for Combat Weapon System Technology and Engineering Support. It is intended to enhance competition and allow industry adequate time to develop acquisition strategies. This is not a request for proposals and does not obligate the Government to award a contract.

The Integrated Combat Systems (ICS) Department (V) performs combat system engineering, combat system certification, combat system test and evaluation, mission/force/System-of-Systems analysis and engineering, interoperability engineering, and human system integration. The department supports various warfare and combat system development programs across the Navy Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD).

The current effort is supported under Seaport-NxG Contract No. N0017819D7230 Task Order No. N0017823F3002. The government contemplates award of a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Level of Effort Task Order.

The resultant order will have a Base Period of twelve (12) months, with four (4) Option Years of twelve (12) months each, for a total of sixty (60) months if all options are exercised.

• Industry Day: Scheduled for May 14, 2026, at Dahlgren Theater. Pre-registration is required by April 30, 2026. Visitor request forms are due May 5, 2026.

• Solicitation Availability: Anticipated in the PIEE Solicitation Module by February 2027, open for approximately 30 days.

• Performance Start: Anticipated no later than February 2029.

• RFP Number: N0017827R3104 (subject to update).

• Eligibility: Only SeaPort MAC IDIQ holders are eligible for award.

• Set-Aside: A set-aside determination has not yet been made.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)
