This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide Wheelchair Van Transportation Services. This Transportation requirement is for the Philadelphia VAMC located in Philadelphia, PA 19104. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about November 12th, 2025.
The full solicitation will be a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 485991 Special Needs Transportation; the size standard is $19 Million.
