• Frequency: Services are required three times per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), unless otherwise directed.
• Timing: Change drop-offs and cash deposit pickups are scheduled between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM on designated days.
• Personnel Requirements: Contractor personnel must display picture ID badges, maintain high awareness of safety and privacy, and take all necessary safety precautions during transport.

Key Requirements

• Licensure: Must be licensed under Chapter 493 by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, with proof provided within 7 days of award.
• Insurance: Comprehensive insurance coverage is mandatory, including Armored Car "All Risk" Cargo Transportation and Storage Insurance (covering theft, disappearance, destruction, forgery, employee dishonesty, and property other than money/securities), Commercial General Liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence, $3,000,000 aggregate), and Commercial Automobile Liability ($1,000,000 Combined Single Limit). Specific coverage for coin, currency, and checks up to $50,000 per occurrence, and Reconstruction of Checks Insurance up to $25,000, is also required.
• Security: VA Police Service will provide security escorts if necessary; contractors must contact them one hour prior to arrival if an escort is needed.
