  • Services will not be performed on federal holidays.
  • Contractor personnel must park at the Emergency Room Entrance and call for VA Police escort.
  • The contractor is responsible for safeguarding property and maintaining a Chain of Custody.
  • Federal records management obligations apply to all records created or handled under the contract.
