- Recurring services for the VCS on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
- On-request services for the Agent Cashier, also on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM, coinciding with VCS service days.
- Services will not be performed on federal holidays.
- Contractor personnel must park at the Emergency Room Entrance and call for VA Police escort.
- The contractor is responsible for safeguarding property and maintaining a Chain of Custody.
- Federal records management obligations apply to all records created or handled under the contract.
