This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide Non-Emergent ALS/BLS Ambulance and Wheelchair Van Transportation Services. This Transportation requirement is for the Wilkes-Barre VAMC in Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about September 12th, 2025.
