The John D Dingell, VAMC its associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), and affiliated healthcare clinics require contracted non-emergency non-ambulatory and ambulatory transportation services. The contractor shall provide all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, equipment, and necessary reporting for the provision of non-ambulatory and Ambulatory services. The contactor shall make these transport services available to the VA as needed, 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7), including weekends and holidays. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, Publicizing, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.  This solicitation is issued as an RFQ.  The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05.   This solicitation for Total Small Businesses (SB), and will be competed in accordance with FAR 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.   The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621910 Special Needs Transportation, with a small business size standard of $ 22.5 Million Dollars.
