Eligibility & Submission

Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government, considering Technical Approach, Experience, Price, Past Performance, and Required Documents. This will not be a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) award.

The facility must be listed on the U.S. Fire Administration Hotel and Motel National Master List. Bidders must also adhere to the Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determination (WD # 2015-5469, Revision 29, dated Dec 02, 2025) for Maricopa and Pinal counties, Arizona.
