Submission & Evaluation
Interested parties should submit a capability statement (maximum 5 pages) via email to TAC-AProcurementTeamE@va.gov with the subject line “VA Broadband PR - [Your company Name]”. The email size limit is 5 MB. Responses will be used for information and planning purposes only to determine industry capabilities and potential acquisition strategies. Oral communications are not permissible.
Response Guidelines (Capability Statement):
- Company Information: Name, address, phone, Point of Contact (POC), SAM UEI, business size, and socioeconomic status.
- Acquisition Recommendations: Identify suitable GWACs/FSCs, respond to NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers, 1,500 Employee Size Standard), recommend contract type/duration/pricing, suggest evaluation discriminators, and identify supply chain considerations.
- Technical Expertise: Describe coverage, capabilities, experience, and provide commercial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Demonstrate the ability to deliver services by facility, including commercially available solutions, accessories, equipment, and cables.
- OEM Management: If a reseller, provide an authorized reseller letter.
- Cost Estimate: Include installation, equipment, and monthly recurring charges.
