- 1 Ebara EV-A06-1 Air Cooled Dry Vacuum Pump (KF(NW) inlet/exhaust, single phase 100-120V 60Hz). All items must be new, shipped in original manufacturer's packaging with documentation and software, and include a minimum 1-year warranty. Compatibility with existing vacuum pumps is essential.
