Key Requirements & Deliverables
- Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT): The Government seeks an 80-day RTAT, measured from asset return to acceptance. Accelerated delivery is encouraged.
- Quoting Information: Submissions must include Unit Price, Total Price, proposed RTAT, and capacity constraints if the 80-day RTAT cannot be met. Offerors must also provide a T&E fee/price for items determined Beyond Repair (BR/BER), not to exceed a specified amount, and the basis for this fee. Awardee CAGE, Inspection & Acceptance CAGE, Facility/Subcontractor CAGE, and new unit price/delivery lead-time for comparison are also required.
- Option Quantity: The Government intends to include an option quantity in the resultant contract.
- Price Reduction for Late RTAT: Contractors must specify a price reduction amount per unit per month for unexcusable delays beyond the required RTAT, up to a maximum amount.
- Freight: All freight is FOB Origin and handled by Navy CAV or Proxy CAV.

- Eligibility: Consideration for award will be given exclusively to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer. Proof of authorization on company letterhead, signed by a responsible official, must accompany the offer.
