This solicitation is for an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) brand name requirement for AMOT Valves, specifically Temperature Control Valves (Part Number: 16GGHD6S13GABCA-AA). The government anticipates awarding a firm, fixed-price contract.

• Procurement of one (1) OEM AMOT Valve, Temperature Control, Part Number: 16GGHD6S13GABCA-AA.

• The contractor shall provide DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent, as per DFARS 252.211-7003.

• Packaging and marking must comply with DODMANUAL 4140.01, VOLUME 9, and MIL-STD 2073-1(series) or commercial packaging per ASTM D3951(series). Wood packaging must comply with ISPM Publication No. 15.

• Markings on boxes/crates/containers must include Vessel's Name/Hull Number, Requisition Number, and Purchase/Delivery Order Number.

• Delivery Date: On or Before 07 Oct 2026.

• Delivery Destination: USNS WALLY SCHIRRA (T-AKE 8), MSC SSU BATS San Diego, 9284 Balboa Ave., San Diego, CA 92123.

• FOB Destination: San Diego, CA.

• Offer Due Date/Local Time: 17 Mar 2026, 10:00 AM.

• Submission of questions deadline: 1 day prior to the solicitation's closing date, via email to vicktoria.e.wright.civ@us.navy.mil.

• Submission of invoices: Via WAWF (Wide Area WorkFlow), see Clause 252.232-7006.

• Offerors must note all exceptions to the solicitation's terms, conditions, specifications, and/or SOW/PWS. Failure to do so implies no exceptions.

• Single award is anticipated for all items.

• This acquisition is set aside for Small Business.

• Interested AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS must provide a letter or documentation from the OEM.

• Offerors must be registered in the SAM system to receive an award.

• Vendors requesting base access must register via http://dbids.dmdc.mil/home.

• The government may utilize contractor support through the AbilityOne Program for contract closeout functions.
