• Pricing for quotations is valid for 60 days unless otherwise specified.
• All contractual documents are considered "issued" upon deposit in mail, fax, or electronic transmission.
• Quotes must include manufacturer CAGE and part number.
• Order of Precedence: Amendments to the purchase order/contract take precedence, followed by the schedule of supplies, terms and conditions, IRPOD/Master Procurement Specification, invoked STRs, drawings, and specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Contractors must maintain an inspection system acceptable to the Government.
• Packaging: MIL-PRF-23199, MIL-DTL-24466 green poly bags, and MIL-STD 2073 apply. The packaging label shall be marked "CHECK VALVE ASSY".
• Requests for waivers/deviations must include justification and technical data.
