Submission Requirements & Important Notes

- Authorized Repair Source: The ultimate awardee must be an authorized repair source. Award will not be delayed for unauthorized sources seeking authorization.
- Quote Content: Must include repair unit price, total price, RTAT (and capacity constraints if not meeting 80 days), price type, new unit price/delivery lead time, T&E fee (NTE amount if Beyond Economical Repair/Beyond Repair), CAGE codes, basis of pricing, and a quote expiration date (minimum 90 days).
- Price Reduction: A price reduction will be incurred for failure to meet the required RTAT due to inexcusable contractor delay. Vendors must propose a price reduction amount per unit/per month.
