Key Requirements
- Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT): The Government seeks an RTAT of 180 days. Offerors must state their proposed RTAT and provide capacity constraints if unable to meet the 180-day target. RTAT is measured from physical receipt of the F-condition asset at the contractor's facility.
