Evaluation & Pricing

- A price reduction will be incurred for any asset not meeting the required RTAT (per unit/per month late), unless delays are excusable. Contractors must propose a price reduction amount and maximum.
- Quotes must include unit price, total price, and proposed RTAT. If not meeting the 180-day RTAT, capacity constraints must be provided.
- Details on Testing and Evaluation (T&E) fees for Beyond Repair (BR/BER) items are required, including a Not-to-Exceed (NTE) amount.
