Submission & Evaluation

• Required Information: Quotes must include the QUOTE AMOUNT AND RTAT, Unit Price, Total Price, and indicate if it's Firm-fixed-Price, Estimated, or Not-to-Exceed (NTE). Bidders must also provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number (if applicable) and Delivery Vehicle information.
• RTAT: If the required 110-day RTAT cannot be met, bidders must provide capacity constraints. A price reduction will be incurred for inexcusable contractor delays in meeting RTAT.
• Evaluation: Past performance is considered more important than price.
• Pre-submission: Verify nomenclature, part number, and NSN prior to responding.
