Scope of Work
This requirement covers the repair and quality assurance for the VALVE,LINEAR,DIRECT (CAGE: 78062, Ref. No.: 20788-002). Repaired items must meet operational and functional requirements, restored to serviceable condition per Sargent Controls and Aerospace procedure 11-000001, Rev K. Key requirements include:
- Teardown & Evaluation (TD&E): Vendors have 90 days after carcass receipt to complete TD&E and submit a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) quote for the full repair effort. Quotes must also include the cost of new (actual or estimated) for evaluation.
- Repair Price: Must include all costs for receipt, repair of unwhole/damaged material, and CAV Reporting. Specific information required: TD&E Rate, Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT), Throughput Constraint, and Induction Expiration Date.
- RTAT: Requested RTAT is 172 Days. Price reductions will apply for failure to meet the required RTAT.
- Marking: Items must be physically identified in accordance with MIL-STD-130, REV N.
- Packaging: Preservation, Packaging, Packing, and Marking shall be in accordance with MIL-STD 2073.

Evaluation
