Scope of Work
This opportunity requires comprehensive Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services for long-term prevention and control of pests at Vandenberg SFB and off-site locations, including Pillar Point Air Force Station. Services encompass exterior and interior pest control for a wide range of pests (rodents, insects, birds, bats, weeds), herbicide application, and dead animal removal. Specific locations include RGNext Facilities, Fire Stations, Electrical Substations, the Landfill, Airfield, and Youth Centers. Military Family Housing and the Commissary are excluded. The contract will cover five ordering periods from December 21, 2025, through December 20, 2030.
Key Requirements & Deliverables
Offerors must utilize the provided Pricing Document (Attachment 2) for all five ordering periods to submit their quote. A Performance Work Statement (PWS) details specific tasks and performance standards, including responding to service requests within required timeframes (80% of the time) and submitting accurate monthly reports. Contractors must possess a valid California pest control business license and relevant certifications, comply with all Federal, state, and local environmental laws, and develop a Quality Control Plan.
