Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all materials, parts, travel, tools, training, and labor for two annual cleanings and acid neutralization of a Vapor Degreaser (Model# ZV-10.35-EW-SPL, S/N 100094) supporting the 402d Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG). Services include:
- Complete cleaning of degreaser surfaces, still, and associated equipment.
- Neutralization and removal of acid residue from pipes, fittings, and components.
- Rinsing and drying of the entire system.
- Verification of safety thermostat operation.
- Ensuring required labeling is present.
- Safe disposal of hazardous substances (Government-provided).
- Compliance with OSHA Confined Space and Lock Out/Tag Out, EPA guidelines, and NESHAP standards.
