Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other Than Full and Open Competition

This document justifies the United States Coast Guard's (USCG) intent to procure various Avionic Components for the MH-60T aircraft on a sole-source basis from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Rockwell Collins, Inc. (RCI). • Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Purchase Order (PO).

• Estimated total value is not fully detailed but is broken down by item quantities.

• Funding Type: Procurement Construction & Improvement (PC&I) funds.
