• Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Quotations will be evaluated for acceptability against specifications. Award may be made without discussions.

• SAM Registration: Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.gov.

• NIST SP 800-171: Offerors must have a current NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment posted in SPRS. If not, a Basic Assessment must be submitted.

• Prohibitions: Offerors must represent whether they provide covered defense telecommunications equipment or services.

• Business Size: Bidders must indicate their business size (Large, SB, SDB, VOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB, SDOVSB, HUBZONE, 8a).

• Bidders must fill out the provided form completely.

• If offering a price listed item or GSA item, a copy of the price list or GSA Contract Number is required.

• Payment terms are Net 30 after inspection and acceptance. Government Purchase Card (GPC) or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) are accepted payment methods.

• Final inspection will be at Destination.
