Terms and Conditions

• Period for Acceptance of Offers: Offerors must hold prices firm for 60 calendar days from the specified offer receipt date, unless otherwise stated.
• Evaluation: The solicitation is anticipated to be a firm-fixed-price purchase order awarded as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Only the lowest priced offer will be evaluated for technical acceptability; if it's not acceptable, the next lowest priced offer will be evaluated, and so on.
• Certifications: Offerors must provide certifications regarding responsibility matters, including debarment status, convictions for fraud or criminal offenses, and notification of delinquent Federal taxes. They must also certify regarding felony convictions and unpaid Federal tax liabilities.

• Deliveries/Performance: F.O.B. Destination is the requested delivery term.
• Invoicing: Invoices are to be submitted electronically to ALC-Fiscal@uscg.mil, following FAR 52.212-4. Payment is made electronically IAW FAR 52.232-33.
• DEI Discrimination: Contractors must not engage in racially discriminatory diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) activities.
