The government is seeking to award one or more Indefinitely Delivery – Requirements type contract(s) with firm fixed pricing.

• Procurement of spare parts for MH-65E Aircraft.

• Parts must be approved in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines.

• Only airworthy commercial specifications or standard military specifications/military standard parts will be utilized.

• Newly manufactured commercial items must be sourced from vendors providing a Certificate of Airworthiness (COA), FAA 8130 (preferred) or equivalent European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) certification, or a Certificate of Conformance (COC) and traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

• All parts must be in accordance with Appendix 1 Documentation Matrix from FAA Advisory Circular 00-56B.

• Vendors not certified under FAA AC 0056 program may be subject to USCG Engineering review.

• Contractors shall furnish a COC IAW FAR clause 52.246-15.

• All parts shall be NEW approved parts.

• Offerors must provide necessary certification and traceability to the manufacturer.

• Alternate parts will be authorized if approved under the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) catalog system and satisfy all form, fit, and function requirements. Alternate parts must be approved by SRR Engineering prior to contract award.

• Contract type: Indefinitely Delivery – Requirements type with firm fixed pricing.

• Period of Performance: One-year Base Period, with up to four (4) one-year Option Periods.
