Scope of Work

Required Experience & Qualifications

- SOI Preservation Brief 15 (Historic Concrete): Three examples of condition assessments, tests, repairs, trail mixes/mock-ups (minimum intervention), and as-built documentation.
- SOI Preservation Brief 34 (Composition Ornament): Three examples of testing/evaluation procedures and refinishing/repair/replacement adhering to treatment hierarchy.
- SOI Preservation Brief 48 (Grave Markers): Three examples of monument restoration using repair mortars with proper tools/personnel.
- Personnel: Resumes with AIC professional conservation credentials.
- Specialized Skills: Structural stabilization, metals conservation, stone consolidation, and photogrammetry.
