The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis this requirement. This requirement is Manufacture sole source to National Instruments 11500 N. Mopac Expwy, Austin, TX. 78759 with competition among authorized distributors the following items:

Item 1:Power Cord PN:785023-01 QTY 2.

Item 2: Ettus USRP X410 PN: 787272-01 QTY 2.

The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted in Contract Opportunities on the SAM website at https://sam.gov/ on or about 12/23/2024. 

 

All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.  The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893625Q0053 and shall be submitted by email to Beth Exzabe at Beth.a.exzabe.civ@us.navy.mil

Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Unique Entity ID  number before the registration will be activated.  It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
