Key Requirements & Deliverables
Contractors will perform chemical (foliar, cut-surface, basal bark) and mechanical vegetation treatments. Specific requirements include:
- Herbicide Application: Use specified herbicides (Triclopyr, Imazapyr) and application rates; contractors supply and mix solutions.

Technical Capability and Past Performance are combined and considered more important than Price, but Price becomes more important as non-price factors become similar. The evaluation method is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Offers must be held firm for 90 calendar days.
- Wage Determination: Bidders must incorporate the U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination (No. 2015-4497, Rev 31) for the Service Contract Act into their labor cost calculations.
