This is a commercial service procurement to meet a recurring supply effort for ground transportation (vehicle). This requirement is to provide a safe and operable vehicle for the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Middle East District personnel assigned to the Bahrain Resident Office. The intent of this acquisition is to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to provide safe and operational vehicle for USACE employees (military and civilian) stationed Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) at locations within the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) Bahrain Area of Responsibility (AOR).The Contractor-provided fleet of vehicles shall be in new or in like new condition (driven less than 15,000 kilometers at delivery). They shall be model year 2025 or newer at the time of acceptance. One mid-sized sports utility vehicle (SUV) with 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive and seating capacity for five people inclusive of jump seats. The minimum acceptable engine displacement is 3.4 liters, and with a minimum 18 US gallon fuel tank. The contract duration for this requirement is anticipated to be for one base year and four (4), one (1) year option periods: 25 August 2025 ? 24 August 2030. The offeror shall be able to deliver the vehicles within seven (7) business days of contract award. Site visits will not be organized or conducted by the Government under this solicitation.
