Scope of Work
The contractor will provide up to seven (7) vehicles (six Mid-Size SUVs and one Full-Size SUV) for USACE-SWM personnel within the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) AOR in Saudi Arabia. Services include ensuring vehicles are safe, legal to operate, and fully operational, covering licensing, inspections, comprehensive insurance, and all necessary maintenance. Vehicles must be model year 2026 or newer, in new or like-new condition (less than 25,000 km at delivery), and meet specific technical specifications for 4x4 SUVs, including safety features, off-road tires, and GPS/smartphone compatibility. The contractor is responsible for all repairs, scheduled maintenance, recall work, and providing replacement vehicles within three hours if a primary vehicle is damaged or inoperable. Breakdown/recovery service must be available 24/7.
