• HSPD-12 Badging Timeline: Processing time for Low-Risk position-sensitivity badging is 1 week for U.S. Citizens and 4 weeks for non-U.S. Citizens.

• Volume III Terms and Conditions - Tailoring: NIST will not consider tailoring clauses, including those related to data rights or limitation of liability. The solicitation is strictly take-it-as-written.

• The proposal deadline has been extended to May 8, 2026.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)
