Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide a non-personal services contract for a centralized electronic toll collection account management service for DCMA vehicles.

• Provide personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision for toll management services.

• Ensure all transponders and toll accounts remain in good standing with respective State or Territory Toll Authorities to avoid government-incurred fees or penalties.

• Manage and provide monthly status reports on tolls, fees, violations, and costs associated with device replacements/new devices.

• Provide and maintain approximately 249 transponders.

• Web-based toll accounts must be accessible to DCMA users.

• Transponder equipment must cover all tollways in the United States and Puerto Rico without restrictions or violations.

• Toll accounts must be maintained in good standing with Toll Authorities.

• Unavailable access must be corrected within 12 hours of contractor notification.

• Monthly toll transactions reports and validated Toll Authority complaints will be used for surveillance.

• Period of Performance: One (1) year base plus four (4) one-year options.

• Place of Performance: Contractor facility.
