This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for one (1) Vent Silencer. The government is procuring this item for DLA Maritime – Portsmouth.

• One (1) Vent Silencer with the following characteristics:

  • Support 12,000 SCFM (or more) intermittent air flow.
  • 6” IPS ANSI RFSO Flange inlet connection @ 125 – 150 PSIG rating.
  • 125 PSI or greater pressure rating.
  • (-5)F or lower temperature rating.
  • Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel construction.
  • Internal Acoustical Insulation or equivalent to dampen flow noise to 85 dBA or lower.
  • Two (2) lifting lugs/hooks engineered to lift a minimum of 1.5 times the weight of the silencer and welded per ASME BPVC Section VIII, Division 1.
  • Maximum outside diameter: 35 inches.
  • Maximum weight: 1000 lbs.

• Offerors are required to submit technical data and descriptive literature with their quotation to demonstrate specification compliance. This may include traceability documentation, detailed specification sheets, images, drawings, manufacturing plans, and certifications. Failure to provide this information may result in the quotation being deemed technically unacceptable.

• Contract Type: Commercial (FAR Part 12) or Non-Commercial (FAR Part 13).

• Delivery Time: Must meet or exceed the Government Required Delivery Date (RDD) of 6/1/2026.

• FOB Terms: Destination or Origin.

• Quote Due Date: March 17, 2026, 03:00 PM EST.

• Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

• Award will be made without discussions.

• Offerors are required to be registered in SAM.gov and active to prevent award delays.

• Completed representations must be submitted with the quote.

• Quotations must be submitted to DLA-KME-QUOTATIONS@DLA.MIL.

• Set Aside: 100% Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA), Total Small Business.

• FSC/NAICS: 8120/332420.

• Size Standard: 750.
