It was discovered that there was a need to adjust the Statement of Work to include the omitted required air compressor/generator by the contractor to run the cryogenic cleaner system. Please provide a revised proposal no later than 12:00 PM PST 12/1/2025. We have also attached additional questions asked during the Solicitation period for reference/transparency. Original Description: Ventilation cleaning for up to 8,000 linear feet of ventilation duct work and in-line components on a US Navy Submarine at Trident Refit Facility in Silverdale, WA.� The contractor�MUST�Comply with the requirements as detailed in Ventilation Systems Manual S9512-AF-MMA-010 REV 4 CH 2; and clean to condition noted in Naval Ships Technical Manual (NSTM) Chapter 510, S9086-RQ-STM-010, REV-7, DTD 1 MAY 2006; Navy Ventilation Cleanliness Assessment Guide, Appendix B, pages B-1 through B-22.The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary.
