Scope of Work
The requirement is for one (1) 32 hp gasoline EFI, liquid-cooled tractor with full-time All-Wheel Drive (AWD), articulation/oscillation joint, and a heavy-duty cyclonic air filter. Key tractor features include a front PTO, dual front auxiliary hydraulics, hydraulic relief valve, foot control kit, and safety interlocks (ROPS, seat belt, operator presence, parking brake). The tractor must have a fuel capacity for at least 5 hours of typical mowing runtime and a transport width not exceeding 48 inches (single tires) or 68 inches (dual tires).
Required attachments include:
- 48-inch Brush Cutter (capable of cutting vegetation up to 3" diameter)
- Boom Mower (capable of cutting material up to ½" diameter, with a 103-inch horizontal reach)
- Turbine Blower
- Mower deck (83" total cutting width, 3 floating front decks, rear discharge, 1.0-4.5" adjustable height)
- Power Grapple
A 2-year commercial warranty and a 500-hour preventative maintenance kit (including filters, oil, and one set of mower blades/belts) are also required. The solicitation explicitly allows for "OR EQUIVALENT" proposals, provided they meet the detailed specifications.
