Contract Details
This will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order. U.S. firms will be paid in U.S. Dollars, while foreign firms will be paid in local currency (Thai Baht). Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable, and service charges must be included in CLIN rates.
Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit quotations electronically to BangkokGSOProcurement@state.gov by the deadline. Submissions must include SF-1449, Section 1 (Pricing), Section 5 (Representations and Certifications), additional information as required by Section 3, and proof of SAM registration.
